Meaning Making Therapy
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re facing grief, trauma, or unexpected challenges. Whether you’re navigating infertility, adjusting to motherhood, managing career pressures, or struggling with body image, you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in supporting women through life transitions, helping you build resilience, find clarity, and reconnect with your sense of self. In our sessions, you can expect a safe space that’s genuine and collaborative. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change so you can move forward feeling more grounded, confident, and understood.

Our Work Together
I hope to create a comfortable environment for my clients. I use humor and problem-solving balanced with self exploration and space for vulnerability. My clients can expect to feel heard, have a better understanding of themselves and their relationships, and ideally, feel less stressed.
All therapy services take place via teletherapy.
All of my services take place through a platform called Headway.
